Return Policy

We offer full refunds on all unopened products, excluding the price of shipping. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee with a $5.00 minimum handling fee. Customer is also responsible for the return shipping fees. However, if the product was shipped damaged, please call ahead, and we will pay for the return shipping and have a new product sent to you immediately.

All claims of goods damaged on arrival must be made in 24 hours. Credit will be returned to the customer through the method of payment.

We reserve the right to deny refund on certain products that may cause health risks. This includes, but is not limited to, toilet accessories or oral products that have been opened.
